If there is an issue with my order how can we contact you?

For the quickest response please contact me on Instagram. Alternatively, please email me phatdough@outlook.com - allow 2-3 working days for a response via email due to work load. Please include your order number if your query is regarding an existing order.

When do you dispatch orders?

All goods are baked fresh to order and collected by Royal Mail on
Thursday's 3:30pm - all orders are dispatched using RM Tracked 24hr service so customers usually receive their orders on Fridays or Saturdays. If you order after 2pm on Thursday's, your order will be dispatched on Friday. If you after 2pm on Friday's, your order will be dispatched the following Thursday.

I am local, can I collect my order?

Yes you can! Collection is from Malvern Link and will be on Thursday afternoons from 3pm - 7:30pm. Please place your order as normal through the website and contact me via Instagram to arrange collection. Once you have collected, I will refund the postage back to you the same day.

Can you supply events and parties?

Yes I can! we offer wholesale pricing for events and parties. Please email me with your event information, including date, start time and how many people you're planning to feed! Phatdough@outlook.com
